Shipping Policy


At GitaQuest ( or any subdomains) or any of our applications, from now on together addressed as “website”, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by GitaQuest and how we use it.

We are committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. As of now GitaQuest does not sell any item that can be physically sent to the people.

In near future, we may partner with third parties for shipping spiritual items and eatables from our Offline Centres, then for every customer, both the policies of GitaQuest and the third party with whom we collaborate to make the delivery possible will be applicable. It is responsibility of every user to read and study their polcies carefully, GitaQuest is not in any way liable for any loss due to third parties.

Below are tentative guidelines that may apply when we may start to ship.

Shipping Dates

Generally majority delivery services ship products within 2-10 business days, Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.


It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect hipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.


When delivered with third parties, the policies of the third parties, may previal in these scenarios.

Orders will be sent only when items come back in stock, customer may cancel the orders before shipping if they want.


We ship only in India for international orders, customers will have to bear the necessary customs themselves.


For products and donations, the receipts will be digitally generated wherever possible, which can facilitate duplicate receipts being generated.

However under certain unavoidable conditions, when hand written receipts are given , duplicate receipt generation may not be possible.

Especially for donations done online, duplicate receipts may be generated till 12 months window from the date of donations. If donors wish to update their details including but not limited to (Name, Phone Number, PAN, address etc) then they have to personally connect with our Team, because receipt generation with varied details may be legally counted as another purchase/donation, so all such cases will be handled in person.
